• require Pix participants to adopt additional controls with respect to transactions involving premium accounts in DICT, including for the purpose of refusing to process them, thus combating the use of rental or “orange” accounts;
• Require participants in electronic payment arrangements to share information in a timely manner with law enforcement authorities about transactions suspected of involvement in criminal activities;
• require additional fraud controls from the regulated institutions, reporting to the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors or, in their absence, to the Executive Board, as well as keeping this information available to the Central Bank; And
• They require behavioral and credit history so that companies can anticipate dues from cards with same-day payment (D+0), which reduces the occurrence of fraud.
