Parc Clematis Singapore is a new launch condominium in Singapore’s Clementi Town situated along Jalan Lempeng. On 31 August 2019, Parc Clematis brought attention to the developer by successfully selling 70% of the launched units, that is 324 units, at around $1,580 per square foot (psf).

The new development enables the group to further develop the Jurong East Regional Centre, which is an opportunity to add to the region’s development, close to Singapore’s second CBD – Jurong East Central Business District.

A new launch condominium development for 99-year leaseholds, Parc Clematis stands as a sophisticated redevelopment. Through collective sales, SingHaiYi Group acquired the former Park West condominium for a price of SGD840.9 million in Jan 2018.

It has an approximate plot ratio of 2.1, with a land area of 633,644 square feet. Singapore Land Authority (SLA) also granted the developer top-up to a 99-year leasehold on the remaining portion of the lease. It is expected that Parc Clematis will be vacant in Sept 2023, which would make its TOP date next year.

Parc Clematis encompasses nine towers of 24 stories, twelve strata terraces, and six strata bungalows to give a wide range of unit types from one-bedroom apartments to five bedrooms.

Location of Parc Clematis

Parc Clematis is situated just next to Regent Park, and just across the street from The Trilinq as well. There is a landed enclave in close proximity. The first street you turn into after you pass the turning into the AYE Expressway is Jalan Lempeng, if you are driving along Commonwealth Avenue and you pass The Clementi Mall on your left.

A wide array of specialty shops and service providers can be found within the vicinity of the Clementi Mall, including the Clementi Central supermarket, Clementi Bus Interchange, and the Clementi Polyclinic.
